Hello Friends,

How many hours a day are you engaged in talk about the Corona virus?  For me, it’s everywhere I turn, it seems.  At work…On the news…In the papers….Talk with family and friends.  IT’S EVERYWHERE!!!!

O.K. take a deep breath…ah,ah,….breathe.  Just breathe. 

Now that we are more focused, let’s discuss what we actually can do to protect ourselves.  It doesn’t matter what we can’t do, only what we can do to prevent or minimize symptoms of this viral infection should we get it. 

First and foremost….wash your hands .  I use a hand sanitizer by my desk that kills 99.99% of illness-causing germs without drying my hands AND it’s 97% plant-based ingredients – including three natural moisturizers which protects me and my family from germs while keeping my hands soft.  Oh yeah, I forgot to mention it’s  also safe for the environment.  SECOND…. Keep your hands away from your face. Now those are just commonsense things right?

Next, up your supplement protocol during this pandemic.  The Orthomolecular Medicine Protocol is recommending 3000 mg Vitamin C, 2000 iu Vitamin D, 400 mg Magnesium, 20 mg Zinc and 100mcg Selenium.

There is research out there that shows that viruses are PH sensitive.  If we can maintain our body PH at about 6.5 or higher with  diet and a daily helping of baking soda, we may be able to fight off the virus.

Food for Thought:  There is a video of a Mrs. Edna Boone, who lived through the Spanish flu pandemic of 1918.  Her family was the only family in town that did not get the flu.  She attributes this to the fact that her mother gave everyone in the family a half teaspoon of baking soda very day.
